The chair of City of Glasgow College and an OBE says that he posted anti-SNP memes to his personal Facebook account, in violation of the college’s code of ethics, in order to support his friend the Conservative and Unionist MP┬áDavid Mundell. This is a classic example of the use of assets and agents of influence straight out of the Bell Pottinger playbook.

Conservative MP for Wells in Somerset, now re-selected and contesting in the general election. Told a Scottish child in her English school to “fuck off back to Scotland” because she said she would vote for Scottish independence. He insists that it was “only a joke.” A clear abuse of power by someone in authority and a disturbing display of politically motivated violence against a minor.
